The Red Carpet Girl® Mentoring Program empowers middle and high school girls to rise with confidence, grace, and exceptional conduct. Through mentorship, etiquette training, and real-world experiences, we prepare young women to lead with poise, purpose, and power.
Founded by Avenues of Excellence, the Red-Carpet Girl® Mentoring Program inspires and equips young girls to thrive through social skills, character development, and educational support.

Since 2009, Avenues of Excellence has empowered over 3,500 youth, equipping them with confidence, leadership skills, and social readiness for academic and personal success.
